Here are some important things, which can be usefull while ordering.

Returns:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Refunds and Exchanges!!!

♥ Your satisfaction is very important to us, and will gladly work with you to find a solution.

♥ We would like each customer to be completely happy with their purchase. Please contact us if there is any damage to your item in shipping or if you are unhappy with it in any way to arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, I cannot refund the cost of shipping if your purchase has already been shipped and also Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs .

♥ If your piece has been personalized, unfortunately it cannot be returned.
